Spontaneous Aerobics was found in 2000 by P.Schock (aka Doc.Schock, aka Schock.o) and Ali.3n (aka Ali). The two friends decided to start a label after they got bored about the electronic sound in those days... After years of exploration in sounds, the two sound scientists made the final step. Spontaneous Aerobics was born as a platform for friends, freaky sounds and nice underground parties. Soon the label got well-known and was distributed all over the globe. There was no musical line in the first years and also no idea about the business – but the two friends was acting by learning by doing... ;)

After the bankrupt of Cosmophilia Distribution the label went down and Spontaneous Aerobics was concentrating in doing Party's. A long time of depression, fights with authorities, financial things followed..... 

In 2007 P.Schock decide to start the label in a physical platform again. Started to collect tracks and had a nice bunch of killers in a short time. Probably too short time cause the authorities came again with a postulation and delayed the comeback / switchback again...
On this point we want to apologize to all artists and friends who are waiting, waiting and even more waiting... Sometimes things are not that easy as they could be... 
As an excuse to all supporters we decide to make it now a double CD which is now in the highest state of progression...

Chuha (master of bookings, contacts and twisted morning and twilight sounds)
Saltaux (master of web and flyers as well as psytrance and electro sounds)

Spontaneous Aerobics´ intention is not to make big money or build up ego-minds it´s all about fun on the dancefloors around the globe...

YOU CANT HAVE A REVOLUTION WITH THE VOLUME TURNED DOWN !!!
